Harnessing the collective experience of our team, we worked closely with Radiant Foundation in shaping the app's strategy and roadmap. Drawing on our expertise in mobile product development, we consulted on validating the various directions and possibilities Skylight could explore. We built Skylight to offer dynamic, personalized experiences, backed by a data-driven platform. This allowed the client to actively understand user preferences, facilitating agile content offerings. To ensure a fluid user experience without frequent app updates, we implemented a dedicated dashboard for Radiant to modify the app experience dynamically. The app infrastructure was devised using Cloudflare, Google Cloud Platform and the Firebase suite of tools, presenting a perfect blend of infrastructure scalability and cost-effectiveness. We have also adopted Kotlin Multiplatfom to foster collaboration between the Android and iOS teams, ensuring code-sharing between platforms and robustness.

The task we were faced with was multifaceted. It entailed architecting both iOS and Android apps within a cost-effective yet scalable infrastructure to accommodate rapid user growth. Moreover, it involved devising a mechanism to deliver bespoke experiences to diverse user demographics and gauge user content preferences effectively.
