We worked closely with our client to gradually enhance the photo and video editing experience with advanced features, based on continuous in-depth analyses of the existing app to identify its strengths and limitations, keeping user-friendliness as our primary focus. We added features one at a time, ensuring each was thoroughly tested with part of the user base before moving to the next. We also kept track of user feedback and interactions with the newly added features. This helped us understand what tools the users found most useful, and which ones needed improvements. The team closely followed the latest trends in photo editing technology, ensuring Instasize stayed relevant and innovative. We integrated advanced editing tools, like filters, overlays, text adders, collage makers, and various AI-based tools, which significantly increased the app's versatility.
