Lambda Studios LLC Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

These policies provide information on how Lambda Studios LLC fulfills orders and manages payments made by credit card via Stripe®.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person using this website and adhering to the Company’s terms and conditions, either herein or under a separate contract. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Lambda Studios LLC. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and Lambda Studios LLC. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to provide our assistance to the Client in the best manner to meet the Client’s needs, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of the State of Utah. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

Fulfillment Policy

At Lambda Studios LLC, customer satisfaction is a priority. We take all service-related concerns seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) outlines our delivery policy and rules regarding refunds for services purchased from Lambda Studios LLC. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and our refund requirements. Services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery Policy

Lambda Studios LLC provides digital services delivered electronically or via telephone as requested by the client.

Refunds

Refunds may be available under the following conditions:

  • If the service was not performed at all within the term of the contract.
Exceptions

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may deny a refund if:

  • You received the service but changed your mind.
  • You were aware of service limitations before purchase.
  • You decided the service was unnecessary after purchase.
  • You received the service but failed to report an issue within 7 days.
Return Policy

Lambda Studios LLC provides digital services, so returns are generally not available. However, refunds may be granted under the conditions stated above.

Cancellation Policy

Once a contract with Lambda Studios LLC is signed, cancellations are not permitted.

Project Abandonment

If, after repeated efforts by Lambda Studios LLC to begin, continue, or complete a service, the Client fails to participate or is otherwise unresponsive for a period of thirty (30) days, the project will be considered abandoned at Lambda Studios LLC’s discretion. In such cases, Lambda Studios LLC may reduce any eligible refund to zero, with the Client agreeing to this forfeiture for services as described in the original Work Order, where applicable.

Administrative Fee

All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.

How to Make a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided and are eligible for a refund, please email us at contact@shiftstudio.com with your complaint, and we will verify it. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be accepted or denied.
